They must be felt with the heart." - Helen Keller

The healer is within you. Let me be your guide through Energy Medicine
Welcome to Heart to Soul Healing Touch. Thank you for stopping by. I believe we all have a story to share and we all have a healing journey.
My story begins in a college campus library. I shelved books as part of my work-study position, and frequently found myself in the self-help section. Shakti Gawain's book "Creative Visualization" and Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way'' stand out in my mind as some of the books I had to take a sneak peak at before they landed back on the shelves. From that point forward I was hooked on reading whatever I could find on meditation, energy healing, the mind-body connection, and creativity. (I was studying Fine Arts after all.)
Then in the summer of my junior year I was sexually assaulted. Luckily for me my gynecologist recommended that I get in touch with a woman named Sharon Myrah. I don't remember how she described Sharon's work, other than she thought it would help me with what I was going through. Sharon offered Healing Touch at a greatly reduced cost, and so I figured, "Why not?" And thus my healing journey began. The healing touch sessions helped me feel more connected to my body and grounded in my heart. They helped release the shame and guilt and left me feeling at peace.
Fast forward to now. I’m a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. I have a loving husband and an amazing son. I’m still on the healing journey. (There’s nothing like having a kid to shed light on the areas that still need some attention.) I have a private practice that is focused on supporting women.
And now it’s your turn… What support do you need right now? Is energy medicine a good fit for you? Please explore around the site, see what resonates with you and reach out with any questions.
